CI Global Asset Management Completes Acquisition of Invesco’s Canadian Investment Fund Management Agreements

CI Global Asset Management (CI GAM), a subsidiary of CI Financial Corp., completed its acquisition of the management agreements relating to Invesco’s Canadian fund business. The deal makes CI GAM the manager of 98 mutual funds and exchange-traded funds previously offered by Invesco Canada, with Invesco affiliates continuing as sub-advisers/portfolio managers for 61 funds under a long-term strategic partnership.
