CIRCOR Acquires Critical Flow Solutions for $210M

CIRCOR International has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Critical Flow Solutions (CFS) for $210 million. CFS, a Salt Lake City–based manufacturer of severe-service valves and automation equipment for petroleum refineries with approximately 200 employees, will expand CIRCOR's presence in downstream refining and increase exposure to high-margin aftermarket sales.

The transaction is expected to close in Q3/Q4 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
