Circumference Group, in partnership with The Pritzker Organization and Stephens Capital Partners, has acquired a majority stake in Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP), a digital transformation and systems integration consultancy. VIP founder and CEO Jonna Ward will remain in place as the firm looks to scale capabilities and expand services across public-sector and commercial clients with support from the new investors.
