CISO Global Acquires SB Cyber Technologies

CISO Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: CISO) has acquired SB Cyber Technologies, LLC, a veteran-owned cybersecurity company based in Chesapeake, Virginia, and maker of the CHECKLIGHT endpoint detection and response (EDR) technology. The acquisition makes SB Cyber a wholly owned subsidiary of CISO Global and expands CISO Global’s managed security, EDR and detection-and-response capabilities for enterprise and government clients.
