Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC has acquired substantially all assets of Barkin, Perren, Schwager & Dolan, LLP (BPSD), a Woodland Hills, California-based accounting and advisory firm. The deal expands Citrin Cooperman’s Southern California presence and capabilities in sectors including entertainment and professional services; BPSD joins with three partners and more than 20 professionals.
