Clean Air Metals and Springbok Ventures Announce Amalgamation to Create Dante Metals Corp

Clean Air Metals Inc. (via wholly owned subsidiary Newco) and Springbok Ventures Inc. entered into an amalgamation agreement to complete a business combination that will create a new critical minerals-focused public company (expected to be renamed Dante Metals Corp.). The resulting issuer will advance Clean Air Metals’ Thunder Bay North Critical Minerals Project and continue exploration with Springbok’s Maude Lake Property, with a concurrent C$5 million minimum financing through subscription receipts subject to TSX Venture Exchange and shareholder approvals.
