Charlesbank Capital Partners has signed a definitive agreement to make a strategic investment in symplr, joining Clearlake Capital (and SkyKnight, the prior co-investor) as an institutional investor. The undisclosed transaction will provide growth capital to support symplr's product innovation and buy-and-build acquisition strategy; symplr will continue to be led by CEO BJ Schaknowski.
