symplr Acquires ComplyTrack from Wolters Kluwer

symplr, a PE-backed healthcare governance, risk and compliance (GRC) SaaS platform, has completed its acquisition of ComplyTrack from Wolters Kluwer. The deal—backed by Clearlake Capital and SkyKnight Capital—adds ComplyTrack's risk, incident, contract/document and audit management SaaS capabilities to symplr's end-to-end healthcare GRC platform; terms were not disclosed.
