symplr Acquires TractManager from Arsenal Capital Partners

symplr, the Clearlake- and SkyKnight-backed healthcare GRC SaaS platform, has acquired TractManager from Arsenal Capital Partners for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition expands symplr’s end-to-end healthcare governance, risk and compliance platform by adding TractManager’s contract management, spend management, and provider data management capabilities; TractManager is headquartered in Houston and employs roughly 450 people.
