Cloudflare Acquires VoidZero

Cloudflare announced the acquisition of VoidZero, the open source-first company behind the JavaScript tooling ecosystem Vite (along with Vitest, Rolldown, and Oxc). VoidZero’s team—led by founder and CEO Evan You—will join Cloudflare’s Emerging Technology and Incubation (ETI) organization, with the tools remaining open source and vendor-agnostic under MIT licenses.
