Clubessential Holdings, a Battery Ventures-backed provider of club-management SaaS, has acquired foreUP, a cloud-based golf course management software provider headquartered in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The acquisition expands Clubessential's product footprint into the public golf market and integrates foreUP's tee sheet, POS, billing and marketing capabilities into the Clubessential Holdings portfolio.
