Navitas Semiconductor to Acquire Claros (VPD and IVR for AI Data Centers)

Navitas Semiconductor signed a definitive agreement to acquire Claros, a power management solutions company developing vertical power delivery (VPD) and integrated voltage regulator (IVR) technology for next-generation AI data centers. The deal is valued at up to approximately $232.8 million and is expected to help Navitas complete its “grid-to-xPU” power portfolio and expand its 2030 serviceable addressable market to more than $8 billion.

Cleo Acquires ECS International to Expand European Ecosystem Integration Footprint

Codestone Acquires DSCallards

The deal strengthens Codestone's cloud transformation and ERP/EPM service offering and follows a prior acquisition of Clarivos earlier in the year, accelerating the group's capability expansion and customer-base growth.

Accenture Acquires ClearEdge Partners

Planview Acquires Clarizen and Changepoint

Planview, a PE-backed provider of portfolio and work management software, agreed to acquire enterprise PPM providers Clarizen and Changepoint to expand its strategy-to-delivery platform. The deals (terms not disclosed) bring Clarizen and Changepoint into Planview as distinct business units; K1 Investment Management agreed to sell Clarizen while K1 will retain a minority stake in the combined company.
