Cognizant Acquires Utegration LLC

Cognizant has agreed to acquire Houston-based Utegration LLC, a specialist SAP consulting and solutions provider focused on the energy and utilities sector. The deal, in which PE owner RLH Equity Partners sold Utegration, brings roughly 350 employees and industry-specific SAP products (Utility4U suite) into Cognizant's enterprise platform services to deepen its SAP capabilities for energy and utilities clients.
