Aperture AC and Atlantic HPC Group signed a definitive business combination agreement under which Aperture will acquire Atlantic in a merger, valuing Atlantic at $150 million before money. The transaction is expected to take Atlantic public on Nasdaq in the first quarter of 2027; Atlantic’s existing stockholders are expected to roll over all of their equity, and the combined company plans to expand from bitcoin mining into AI and high-performance computing infrastructure.
