The deal combines OuterSignal’s customer intelligence and personalization engine with Monocle’s autonomous AI marketing agents to enable full-stack, 1:1 agentic personalization across email, SMS, and web.

The purchase will integrate MergerLinks' vetted deal and relationships data into Datasite's suite of deal lifecycle applications to support deal ideation and expand Datasite's M&A data capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
