Compass, Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire CommonGround Abstract, LLC, a title and escrow services provider operating in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The acquisition expands Compass’ title and escrow portfolio and enhances its closing services footprint in the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey markets; transaction terms were not disclosed.
