InfraRed Capital Partners Acquires Rogers Communications’ Canadian Data Center Business

Compass, headquartered in Dallas and known for building hyperscale data center campuses, will continue to be led by founder and CEO Chris Crosby as the new owners support the company's global expansion and sustainable campus development.

UPSTACK Acquires DataCenterAndColocation.com

The acquisition supports UPSTACK's strategy to expand its advisor network and capabilities as it scales following a $50 million equity investment from Berkshire Partners.
