Brookfield Infrastructure Partners and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Compass Datacenters from RedBird Capital Partners and the Azrieli Group. Compass, headquartered in Dallas and known for building hyperscale data center campuses, will continue to be led by founder and CEO Chris Crosby as the new owners support the company's global expansion and sustainable campus development.
