CompassMSP, a Jacksonville-based managed IT services provider, acquired the assets of Mother Network Guardian LLC (dba MotherG), an award-winning MSP in Chicago. The acquisition marks CompassMSP's entry into the Midwest and is an add-on to its regional platform as it plans further investments and additional acquisitions in the region.
