CompassMSP Acquires The Logic Group

Agellus Capital-backed CompassMSP, based in West Hartford, Connecticut, acquired The Logic Group, a managed IT and cybersecurity firm based in the Philadelphia area. Financial terms were not disclosed, and CompassMSP said the acquisition will deepen capabilities for its clients while retaining “the personal touch” of The Logic Group’s team.
