Comply365, a portfolio company of Insight Partners and Liberty Hall Capital Partners, has acquired MINT Holding GmbH (MINT Software Systems) to expand its aviation training management capabilities and accelerate development of an AI-powered TrainingManager365 platform. The acquisition integrates MINT's SaaS training management functionality into Comply365's operational content, safety and training suite to drive efficiencies and expand the combined company's offering to global airline and aviation customers.
