The add-on expands Ncontracts' SaaS and knowledge-as-a-service offerings, increasing the combined company to roughly 350 employees and a customer base of more than 4,000 financial institutions.

Conga Completes Acquisition of PROS B2B Business

Conga completed its acquisition of the B2B business of PROS Holdings, Inc. from certain investment funds affiliated with Thoma Bravo. The combination brings together Conga’s CPQ/CLM/document automation capabilities with PROS B2B to support end-to-end revenue orchestration from price to signature, while the PROS Travel business is excluded and remains a separate Thoma Bravo portfolio entity.

Cosentus Acquires AllianceMed and MedCloud
