Contents.com, an AI-powered content generation scale-up, has acquired French tech platform Scribeur.com to accelerate its entry into the French market. Scribeur's founder Sébastien Raynoird-Thal will become Country Manager for Contents France and Scribeur staff will be integrated with no layoffs; legal advisors on the deal included Taylor Wessing LLP and EY Advisory SpA.
