Syndigo Acquires Content Analytics, Inc.

Chicago-based Syndigo, a portfolio company of The Jordan Company, has acquired San Francisco-based Content Analytics, Inc., a provider of digital-shelf analytics and product content management for brands and retailers. The acquisition combines Syndigo's Content Experience Hub with Content Analytics' end-to-end eCommerce platform to strengthen content management, syndication and analytics capabilities across consumer, retail and eCommerce markets; terms were not disclosed.
