Syndigo Acquires Kwikee from sgsco

Syndigo, a Chicago-based SaaS product information and syndication company (and portfolio company of The Jordan Company), acquired Kwikee, a branded product content management and distribution platform, from sgsco. The acquisition expands Syndigo’s digital asset management, content creation and distribution capabilities to strengthen its end-to-end product information management and syndication offering.
