Investment funds managed by TJC, L.P. have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Sunbelt Solomon from Trilantic North America. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
Acron Technologies, a portfolio company of TJC, L.P., has acquired Alereon, Inc., a fabless semiconductor provider focused on ultra-wideband (UWB) solutions for defense electronics. The deal strengthens Acron’s defense communications portfolio by adding secure, low-power, high-bandwidth “Intra-Soldier Wireless” (ISW) cable-free networking capabilities for real-time communications.

TJC, LP (formerly The Jordan Company) has acquired Insulation Technology Group (ITG), a global manufacturer of high‑voltage porcelain insulators, from PHI Industrial. ITG, formed from the LAPP and PPC brands, employs more than 1,200 people with production facilities in the United States, Europe and Brazil; TJC said it will support the company’s continued expansion into utility and electrification markets.
