Converged Security Solutions Acquires Solutions By Design II (SBD)

Converged Security Solutions LLC (CSS) has acquired federal government contractor Solutions By Design II, LLC (SBD) and will integrate SBD into its Evolver operating company. The acquisition expands CSS/Evolver's cybersecurity, application development, and cloud capabilities in the federal market and increases the combined company's annual revenue to over $150 million with nearly 600 staff.
