CoolSys has acquired Lima Company, a Philadelphia-based provider of commercial and industrial HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and energy services, expanding CoolSys's presence in the Mid-Atlantic. Lima Company — founded in 1976 with about 100 employees — will bring local service capabilities and experienced technicians to CoolSys's nationwide platform.
