CORA Physical Therapy Acquires Orthopedic and Sports Therapy Institute (OSTI)

CORA Physical Therapy, a Gryphon Investors-backed national outpatient rehabilitation platform, has acquired Orthopedic and Sports Therapy Institute (OSTI), adding six clinics in the Rockford, Illinois area (Rockford, Belvidere, Marengo, Ogle County, Poplar Grove and Sauk Valley). The deal expands CORA's Midwest footprint; OSTI principals Josh Meyers, Donnie Early, and Steve Merema will remain involved in management. Terms were not disclosed.
