COSCIENS Biopharma acquired Nualtis Corp. from AtaiBeckley Inc. for US$15 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments, with up to four additional earn-out payments tied to Nualtis’ adjusted EBITDA for 2027–2030. The acquisition was completed and gives COSCIENS Nualtis’ oral thin-film drug-delivery technology, manufacturing facility, intellectual property, and development and commercial pipeline.
