Cribl Acquires CardinalOps

Cribl, the AI platform for telemetry, announced it is acquiring CardinalOps, an agentic detection engineering company. The deal expands Cribl’s AI Platform for Telemetry into security operations by adding detection engineering capabilities that help SOC teams improve threat coverage, validate detections, and reduce data/alert costs while offering a more flexible path away from legacy SIEM architectures.
