CSW Industrials deployed $30.3 million (excluding future earn-outs) to acquire Dust Free, LP, Guardian Drain Lock and Sure Grade Drain, funding the transactions with cash and borrowings under its $500 million revolving credit facility. The purchases—including a $27.4 million payment for Dust Free—expand CSW’s Contractor Solutions portfolio with indoor air quality (IAQ) products and additional plumbing product lines to strengthen its HVAC/R and plumbing offerings and distribution channels.
