Cushman & Wakefield acquired Pittsburgh-based Grant Street Associates, Inc., ending an 18-year alliance and bringing the regional commercial real estate firm onto Cushman & Wakefield’s global platform. The acquisition is intended to expand Cushman & Wakefield’s presence in Pennsylvania and enhance its capabilities across office, flex and retail asset classes in the Pittsburgh market.
