Dains Accountants, a Horizon Capital‑backed UK accountancy firm, has acquired Barringtons Limited, a small accounting and tax practice with offices across Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire. The deal expands Dains' presence in the North Midlands and is the first of several planned transactions following Horizon Capital's 2021 investment in Dains.
