Dairy.com has acquired a 100% stake in Mr.Milkman, an Indian last-mile dairy supply chain SaaS platform, as its first investment in India. Dairy.com plans to invest in the platform, expand the team (nearly tripling staff), and integrate Mr.Milkman's subscription and delivery capabilities into its global agribusiness technology portfolio.
