Dairy.com, ever.ag and EFC Systems combined their businesses to form EverAg, a unified agribusiness company providing supply chain, agronomy, and risk management solutions for dairy, livestock, crops and broader agribusiness. The integrated company is headquartered in Texas and employs approximately 450 people across seven global locations, supporting hundreds of customers and over 200,000 farms.

Symplicity Acquires Orbis Communications

Dairy.com Acquires Mr.Milkman to Enter India

PDI Technologies Acquires Orbis Technologies (Orbis Tech)

Dairy.com Acquires My Dairy Dashboard

Dairy.com has acquired majority ownership of My Dairy Dashboard after reaching an agreement with co-founder Virtus Nutrition. The My Dairy Dashboard analytics platform will be integrated into Dairy.com's suite of dairy supply-chain SaaS tools, with Mitch Norby remaining lead of the business unit.
