Symplicity Corporation, an H.I.G. Capital portfolio company, has acquired Orbis Communications, a Hamilton, Ontario–based experiential learning and outcomes platform for post-secondary institutions. The acquisition expands Symplicity’s presence and market share in Canada and broadens its experiential learning and early-talent employer network for higher-education customers.
