DarioHealth Corp. agreed to acquire PsyInnovations, Inc. (dba wayForward), a digital behavioral health platform, for up to $30.0 million ($25.0 million at closing plus up to $5.0 million contingent). The acquisition adds AI-enabled screening, digital CBT, coaching and telehealth integration to Dario's digital therapeutics platform; wayForward serves ~20,000 members across ~20 self-insured employers and its founders and team will join Dario.
