Dassault Systèmes to Acquire ArisGlobal

Dassault Systèmes has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ArisGlobal, an AI-native life sciences compliance and drug-safety software platform, for approximately $1.8 billion in cash at closing plus up to $200 million in milestone payments tied to multi-year AI-related revenue targets. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.
