Davies Acquires Keoghs

Davies, the London-based specialist professional services and technology group backed by HGGC and AIMCo, has acquired insurance law firm Keoghs from LDC. Keoghs will form a new Legal Solutions arm within Davies, adding roughly 1,700 colleagues and extending Davies’ end-to-end insurance services and claims capabilities; the transaction was announced with closing expected in Q1 2020 subject to regulatory approvals.
