Semify has acquired Hong Kong–based Dragon Metrics, a global SEO, AI, and PPC reporting SaaS platform, to expand its AI optimization and international measurement capabilities. As part of the deal, Dragon Metrics co-founder Simon Lesser joins Semify as Chief Product Officer and the Dragon Metrics engineering team will be integrated into Semify’s engineering organization while the Dragon Metrics brand will continue to operate independently.

Fivetran Merges With dbt Labs to Build Open AI-Ready Data Infrastructure
