ParkOhio (Supply Technologies) Acquires NYK Component Solutions

ParkOhio, through its subsidiary Supply Technologies, completed the acquisition of NYK Component Solutions, a UK-based distributor of circular connectors and accessories for aerospace, defense and industrial markets. NYK, headquartered in Southampton, United Kingdom, is expected to generate annual sales in excess of $10 million and the deal is immediately accretive to ParkOhio's earnings.
