ParkOhio (Supply Technologies) Acquires NYK Component Solutions

ParkOhio, through its subsidiary Supply Technologies, completed the acquisition of NYK Component Solutions, a UK-based distributor of circular connectors and accessories for aerospace, defense and industrial markets. NYK, headquartered in Southampton, United Kingdom, is expected to generate annual sales in excess of $10 million and the deal is immediately accretive to ParkOhio's earnings.

Angstrom Automotive Group Acquires General Aluminum Mfg. Company from Park-Ohio

Angstrom Automotive Group LLC acquired General Aluminum Mfg. Company (the Aluminum Products business) from Park-Ohio Holdings Corp., in a completed divestiture announced in early January 2024. Park-Ohio said the sale will help deleverage its balance sheet and reduce capital intensity while Angstrom expands its aluminum casting and machining footprint across U.S. and Mexico facilities.

Portland Bolt & Manufacturing Co., LLC has acquired the South Carolina manufacturing and hot-dip galvanizing operations of Southern Anchor Bolt Co., expanding Portland Bolt's US manufacturing footprint into the East. The deal adds galvanizing capacity and broadened product offerings while Southern Anchor Bolt's president, Leslie Yanizeski, will continue to manage daily operations to support continuity and customer service.
