MariaDB plc Acquires SkySQL Inc.

Amadeus Acquires Vision-Box from Keensight Capital

Amadeus has agreed to acquire Vision-Box, a Portugal-based provider of biometric hardware and software for travel, border control and ID management, from Keensight Capital for an enterprise value of approximately €320 million. The deal brings biometrics hardware and end-to-end traveler orchestration software capabilities into Amadeus’s portfolio, allowing the company to extend its offering from booking through border control and boarding.

VisionTrack Inc Acquires SkyLab Solutions

Advent International Leads Series C Investment in Skyone

Advent International has made a strategic investment in Skyone, a Brazilian cloud, data and AI software company, through Advent's Latin American Private Equity Fund VII as part of Skyone's Series C (terms undisclosed). The funding will support Skyone's international expansion, scale its Skyone Studio and Autosky platforms, and accelerate R&D in AI and cloud capabilities. In connection with the transaction, Inovabra Ventures and select angel investors fully exited while founders and investors Henkan and BeWater remain significant shareholders.

Softlink Information Centres (Volaris) Acquires Aurora Information Technology

Softlink Information Centres, a Volaris Group company, has acquired Aurora Information Technology (AIT), the developer of the Aurora Library Management System and the new cloud-based Aurora Astria staff solution. The AIT team will join Softlink to extend Softlink’s library software product suite and support AIT customers, particularly public and special libraries across Australia and internationally.
