Clearlake Capital and VictoryLive (led by Sam Soni) acquired Ticket Evolution, an end-to-end ticketing software provider, in an add-on transaction to the VictoryLive platform. The acquisition — terms not disclosed — adds Ticket Evolution's B2B marketplace, SaaS fulfillment platform, and pricing-intelligence capabilities to VictoryLive to enhance offerings for rightsholders, resellers, and event managers.

FLEX Capital Acquires Evo IT GmbH

FLEX Capital has acquired Evo IT GmbH, a Vienna-headquartered custom software provider (brands Evolit and Evol.X) serving mobility, energy, public sector and industrial clients. Frankfurt-based investor VR Equitypartner, the majority shareholder since 2019, sold its stake while the founders remain partially invested and the existing management team will continue to lead the company as it pursues geographic expansion in Germany and capability growth (particularly AI).

ToolsGroup has acquired Evo, an AI/ML provider of pricing and inventory prescriptive analytics, to integrate Evo's responsive AI, quantum learning, and advanced prescriptive capabilities into ToolsGroup’s SO99+ and JustEnough supply chain and price optimization suites. The acquisition strengthens ToolsGroup’s dynamic planning and price-optimization capabilities and is supported by ToolsGroup’s private-equity backer Accel‑KKR.

Westco Grounds Maintenance (Evolution-backed) Acquires Champions Hydro-Lawn

Equity for the add-on was provided by Evolution, Gemini Investors, and Genesis Park; Champions’ founder Lou Triche will remain in a consulting role and the combined organization will expand service breadth and geographic reach in the greater Houston market.

BCN Group Acquires Evo-soft

Manchester-based managed services specialist BCN Group has acquired Evo-soft, a UK Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist, to broaden its Microsoft Dynamics capabilities and deliver core business application services to its mid-market customers. The deal follows ECI Partners’ earlier investment in BCN and is intended to enhance BCN’s solution portfolio with Evo-soft’s verticalised products (Evo-supply and Evo-Auction) and implementation/support expertise.
