Alliance Electronics Acquires TXCube (after EMS Factory deal)

Alliance Electronics, backed by Waterland Private Equity, has acquired TXCube to strengthen its electronics design-to-production capabilities in Europe. The transaction — following Alliance's recent acquisition of EMS Factory — expands the group's prototyping, industrialization and manufacturing offering and brings additional technical expertise and customers to the platform.
