Creation Technologies completed the acquisition of IEC Electronics Corp., an electronic manufacturing services (EMS) provider with strengths in aerospace & defense, medical and industrial markets. The deal adds IEC locations in Newark and Rochester, New York and Albuquerque, New Mexico and expands Creation's capabilities with precision machining, interconnect (cable and harness) and analytical laboratory testing services.

Foxtronics EMS (Foxhole Group) Acquires Accutron

Foxhole Group, via its Foxtronics EMS platform, has acquired Accutron Inc., an established contract manufacturer of printed circuit board assemblies. The add-on expands Foxtronics EMS's capabilities and footprint in life sciences, aerospace & defense, and other advanced end-markets, adding in-house design, injection molding, full box-build and CNC machining expertise.

Amca Acquires Electrocube

Amca, an El Segundo–based aerospace and defense company, has acquired Electrocube of Pomona, California from two of the founding families. The deal adds flight‑critical power electronics (transformers, TRUs, capacitors, EMI filters) to Amca’s capabilities; Shedd Capital advised, and Amca plans to invest in engineering and product expansion to strengthen the aerospace supply chain.

Tide Rock Acquires Analog Technologies to Expand EMS Platform

Tide Rock, an unlevered buyout firm, acquired Analog Technologies, a Burnsville, Minnesota-based electronic manufacturing services (EMS) provider. The deal is an add-on to Tide Rock's EMS platform (working alongside portfolio company Pro-Active Engineering) and expands the platform's PCBA, high-performance interconnect and A&D-certified capabilities.

East West Manufacturing Acquires Universal Electronics, Inc.

Zentech Manufacturing Acquires Trilogy Circuits

Zentech Manufacturing, a portfolio company of BlackBern Partners, has acquired Trilogy Circuits, LLC, an AS9100D-certified electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider based in Richardson, Texas. Trilogy will operate as Zentech Dallas and the deal expands Zentech's geographic footprint and high-reliability manufacturing capability for defense, aerospace and medical customers in the Southwest.
