Amca Acquires Electrocube

Amca, an El Segundo–based aerospace and defense company, has acquired Electrocube of Pomona, California from two of the founding families. The deal adds flight‑critical power electronics (transformers, TRUs, capacitors, EMI filters) to Amca’s capabilities; Shedd Capital advised, and Amca plans to invest in engineering and product expansion to strengthen the aerospace supply chain.

CUBRC Acquires Ahmic Aerospace
