Amca Acquires Electro-Mech Components

The Advanced Manufacturing Company of America (Amca), a newly formed aerospace supplier platform backed by venture investors, has acquired Electro-Mech Components of South El Monte, California. Amca launched with $76.5 million in funding to acquire and develop legacy aerospace and defense suppliers and expand its manufacturing capabilities.
