Amca Acquires Payne Magnetics

Los Angeles-based aerospace and defense company Amca has acquired Payne Magnetics of Covina, California from second-generation owner Jon Payne. The deal expands Amca's power-electronics and magnetics capabilities—building on a recent Electrocube acquisition—to better serve aerospace and defense platforms and reduce supply-chain risk.
