PCX Aerosystems Acquires Honematic Machine Corporation

PCX Aerosystems, a Greenbriar-backed producer of precision aerospace mechanical systems, acquired Honematic Machine Corporation from the Cusimano family effective April 1, 2022. The acquisition brings Honematic's precision deep-bored, turned and honed component capabilities into PCX to enable vertical integration, deliver fully integrated mechanical assemblies, and support collaboration with PCX's recently acquired Aero-K business.

Amca Acquires Electrocube

Amca, an El Segundo–based aerospace and defense company, has acquired Electrocube of Pomona, California from two of the founding families. The deal adds flight‑critical power electronics (transformers, TRUs, capacitors, EMI filters) to Amca’s capabilities; Shedd Capital advised, and Amca plans to invest in engineering and product expansion to strengthen the aerospace supply chain.

Aero Accessories Acquires Aero Instruments & Avionics

The add-on strengthens Aero Accessories' MRO capabilities across avionics, electro-mechanical and other complex aircraft components and expands its presence in the commercial, cargo and defense aftermarket; terms were not disclosed.

Rockwell Automation Acquires CUBIC

HEICO Corporation Acquires Accurate Metal Machining, Inc.

HEICO Corporation’s Flight Support Group acquired a 96% stake in Accurate Metal Machining, Inc., a Cleveland-based manufacturer of high-reliability components for aerospace, defense and semiconductor equipment, for cash at closing plus potential additional performance-based consideration. Accurate, founded in 1976 and employing approximately 250 people, will continue to be led by its existing management and remain largely unchanged operationally while adding capabilities to HEICO's Specialty Products Group.
